Legal
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discipler, a platform operated by Discipler LLC ("Discipler," "we," "us," or "our") that helps churches and ministries manage mentorship and discipleship programs. By accessing or using Discipler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
01
Discipler provides mentorship infrastructure for churches and ministries, including mentor–mentee coordination, SMS-based check-ins, program health signals for coordinators, and related tools. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.
02
03
Churches and ministries that use Discipler ("Organizations") administer their own mentorship programs and are responsible for how they invite, pair, and communicate with their participants. If you use Discipler as part of an Organization's program, that Organization's leaders and administrators may access information needed to manage the program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
04
05
You agree not to misuse Discipler. Among other things, you will not:
06
Your use of Discipler is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described there.
07
Discipler, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Discipler LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate and provide the service.
08
Discipler relies on trusted third-party providers, such as SMS delivery and hosting services, to operate. Those providers process information only as needed to provide the service. We are not responsible for the independent practices of third parties beyond our control.
09
Discipler is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, though we work in good faith to make it reliable.
10
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discipler LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11
You may stop using Discipler at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the platform or its participants. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Discipler after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
